Industry conditions place increased demands on the quality of cable harnesses, appropriate selection of component parts and cabling. Cable bundles, connectors and wires are often exposed to bending, dust and aggressive environments.
In our plant for the production of cable harnesses, we use the most modern technologies for their processing. The machine park is currently dominated by three fully automatic crimping machines, which are equipped for cutting, stripping, crimping, twisting and tinning of wire ends. In addition, we have several cutting machines for thin and thick wires, PVC hoses and shrink tubes. With two semi-automatic stripper-crimper machines, we are also able to cut, strip and crimp multicore cables in one step. The programmable setting of the crimp height is a matter of course. Several compact pneumatic presses are equipped with crimping jaws up to 120 mm2. We are able to process wires in the range from 0.0123 mm2 to 120 mm2 without any problems.
PMB cable harnesses are produced in compliance with European harmonised standards and in accordance with UL/CSA standards for the USA and Canada.
